后外侧入路手术在三踝关节骨折患者中的应用 被引量：20

摘要 目的探讨后外侧入路在三踝关节骨折患者手术中的应用效果。方法选择三踝关节骨折患者23例,均采取后外侧入路同时固定后踝、外踝骨折,联合内侧入路固定内踝骨折。记录手术时间、术中出血量;术后随访,记录骨折愈合情况;末次随访时进行美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分,记录踝关节疼痛及创伤性关节炎的发生情况。结果本组23例手术时间45~150 min,平均85 min;术中出血量<80 m L。术后随访18~30个月,平均19个月;患者伤口均为一期愈合,无内固定松动及断裂,骨折均愈合;骨折愈合时间为10~15周,平均12.5周。末次随访时患者AOFAS踝-后足评分为88~100分,平均94分,均无踝关节疼痛及创伤性关节炎表现。结论在三踝关节骨折手术治疗中采取后外侧入路可同时处理后踝、外踝骨折,临床效果较好。
