摘要
通过性能检验、焊缝组织分析对外形不良、加工开裂的低合金钢焊管进行了分析,结果表明:钢带热轧工艺不良导致宽度方向性能均匀性差、冷加工变形不均致使管件出现形状缺陷;较高碳当量的钢带焊接性差,焊缝易形成偏析和组织缺陷,进而在加工过程中出现开裂;通过调整成分降低碳当量,同时匹配适当的控轧控冷工艺有效改善了钢带性能,可完全满足焊接及冷加工使用要求。
Analysis of bad shape and machining defects on the low alloy steel is provided by mechanical property testing and micro-morphology inspection.The results show that inhomogeneous in mechanical property which comes from bad machining process while hot rolling,is the most important reason resulting of bad shape in cold working,The CEV is high enough to form macro segregation and abnormal micro-morphology in the welding area,which may give rise to crack in processing.And then adjustment in composition and TMCP process is carried on in order to improving mechanical properties,which leads to good welding and cold working property.
