生物芯片及其在医药领域中的应用

摘要 本文就生物芯片的概念、特点、类型和在医药领域中的应用作一简单介绍 ,着重介绍蛋白质芯片和组织芯片。蛋白质芯片可用于寻找疾病生物学标志物、研究蛋白质相互作用、寻找药物或毒物新靶点等 ;组织芯片可用于基因表达分析、寻找与临床治疗及预后有关的标志物。
