摘要
套管钻井技术的出现使套管的工作环境更加恶劣 ,给套管的性能提出了新的要求 ,由交变载荷等动载引起的疲劳破坏成为套管失效的最常见形式之一。文章对已有套管螺纹连接的疲劳研究进行了总结 ,然后在分析套管钻井作业过程中套管所受工况的基础上 ,指出了套管疲劳失效的常见部位及影响因素 ,提出了一种检测和控制套管疲劳失效的方法和措施 。
It makes the casing working conditions worse b y casing drilling technique,which presents a new demand for the casing property .Fatigue damage brought by cyclic loading is one of the most common failure form s of casing.The existing fatigue research about casing thread connections is sum marized and the effect factors of casing fatigue failures at common position are pointed out on the basis of analysing the casing working conditions during casi ng drilling.A suit of measures for detecting and controlling casing fatigue fail ures is also provided for field engineers to employ and handle.
