摘要
利用单模激光器速率方程 ,对光纤通信系统中光源的静态和动态特性进行了数值模拟。研究了 P- I特性和小信号模型下光源的调制响应 ,分析了信号传输速率、半导体激光器偏置电流和线宽增强因子对输出脉冲的啁啾特性的影响 。
With the model of the laser rate equations,the article simulated the static and dynamic characteristics of the source in the fiber optic communication system.Their P I characteristic and small signal modulation response are studied.The effects of bit rate,bias current and line width enhancement factor on the chirp of output pulse are analyzed,which is useful for the design of the semiconductor laser and optimization of the performance of the fiber optic systems.
