摘要
冲击碾压技术作为一种新型的浅层地基加固技术,已在公路、机场以及港口等工程的软弱地基及不良地基的加固中得到广泛应用。冲击碾压技术采用冲击压路机设备进行施工,加固深度明显大于传统的静碾压路机、振动压路机或平板压实机,并在实际工程应用中展现出施工效率高、节省施工成本以及缩短工期等特点。介绍了冲击压路机的发展历程,分析总结了国内外在冲击碾压技术加固浅层地基的机理、加固效果的影响因素、加固效果的评价方法以及冲击碾压施工的振动影响等4个方面的研究进展,最后提出了冲击碾压技术研究当中存在的问题和进一步发展的方向。
As a new ground improvement technique,impact roller( IR) compaction has been widely used to compact shallow soft ground and other unfavorable ground in highway engineering,airport engineering,port engineering and so on.Compared with traditional static roller,vibratory roller and plate-type compactor,the IR compaction technique has advantages of high efficiency,cost-effectiveness and time-saving. With brief introduction of development of impact roller,the research progress of IR compaction concerning improvement mechanism,influence factors of improvement,improvement effect evaluation and vibration influence of impacting had been introduced. The existing problems and developing direction in study of impact roller compaction technique was also pointed out.
