摘要
深圳能源大厦造型独特,建筑外观复杂多变,南、北塔楼有多处变形体。北塔楼变形体采用了箱形钢管斜柱以满足外观变形的需求。箱形钢管斜柱在施工时存在箱形钢管吊装难度大、柱模板支撑及加固体系施工难度大等特点。在能源大厦项目施工箱形钢管斜柱过程中,合理安排钢构件的吊装顺序和临时固定措施,制订科学的吊装方案和校正方法,有针对性地设计模板体系和加固方法,不断调整优化施工方法,顺利完成钢管斜柱的施工。
Shenzhen Energy Building has unique shape,the appearance of the building is complex. The south and north towers have deformable sections. The north tower deformation body adopts steel box inclined column to meet the needs of the appearance of transformation. In the construction of box steel pipe inclined column,there is a great difficulty in lifting the box steel pipe,the support of the column formwork and the difficulty of the reinforcement system construction. In the Energy Building project box construction steel inclined column process,reasonable arrangement of steel member hoisting sequence and temporary fixing measures,formulate scientific and the lifting scheme and the correction method,for designing formwork system and strengthening method,continuously adjust and optimize the construction method,Successfully completed steel tube construction of inclined column.
