以大型商业办公建筑的垂直运输机械为例,以合同清单漏洞为契机,依据实际情况分析计算补偿费用,同时强化工程产品品质,博得业主补偿意向,为公司增效创益。
This paper takes the vertical transport machinery in construction site of large commercial office building as an example and the contract list loopholes as opportunities,analyzes and calculating the compensation cost in actual situation,at the same time we strengthen the quality of engineering product,obtain the compensation intention from the owner,and create profits for company.
