摘要
在城市化、工业化、信息化大力推进的背景下,建筑业可持续发展成为当前的重要主题。建筑安全管理作为可持续发展的前提条件和基本保障,在建设过程中将扮演非常重要的角色。目前对于建筑安全管理的相关配套技术和方法相对粗放,已不能满足快速复杂建造的精细化需求。基于建筑信息化的BIM技术已在建筑设计、施工、运营等领域得到了大量的运用和实践,取得了很好的效果。但针对BIM技术在建筑安全管理领域的应用研究则刚刚起步,相关成果较为有限。本文以探讨BIM技术在建筑安全管理方面的应用为目的,收集整理了建筑业BIM技术及相关信息技术在建筑全生命周期各阶段安全管理领域上的应用和研究现状,并对基于BIM技术的全生命周期安全管理理念进行讨论和展望,为提高建筑安全的精细化管理程度提供必要解决思路和参考。
Under the background of urbanization,industrialization and informationization,sustainable development of construction industry has become an important theme. As the precondition and basic guarantee of sustainable development,construction safety management will play a very important role in the construction process. At present,the relative supporting technologies and methods for construction safety management are relatively extensive,which can not meet the sophisticated needs of rapid and complex construction. BIM technology based on building information has been applied and implemented in design,construction,operation and other fields,and achieved good results. But for BIM technology in the field of construction safety management research has just started,the relevant results are limited. The paper aim to discuss the application of BIM technology in construction safety management. Collected the application and research status of BIM technology and related information technology in the field of safety management in all phases of building life cycle. And the whole life cycle of the concept of safety management based on BIM technology were discussed and prospect to improve the degree of fine management of construction safety to provide the necessary solutions and reference.
