摘要
采用"接地支撑翻转"吊装方法易造成墙板接地端损坏。结合某装配式停车楼大型预制开洞墙板翻转吊装的实际案例,提出了一种新型大型预制墙板"空中翻转"吊装方法并给出其简化计算模型和验算建议公式,最后分别采用"等代梁法"和有限元方法进行了对比分析。分析及实践表明,此种"空中翻转"吊装方法和验算公式科学合理,能达到大型预制墙板快速安装、安全施工的良好效果,为之后的超大型预制板件快速安装提供借鉴。
The hoisting way of"ground support and overturn"is easy to cause damage of the wallboard supporting end.Combining with an actual hoisting process of the large precast wallboard with openings in a fabricated parking building,a"air-turning hoisting method"for large precast wallboard was proposed,and a simplified model and suggested checking formula were provided. Finally,the equivalent beam method and the finite element method were used to make the comparative analysis. It showed that"air-turning hoisting method"and its checking formula are reasonable,and it satisfies the requirements of quick-installation and safe construction and can provide references for the quick-installation of the super-large precast board in future projects.
