摘要
沈阳新世界会展中心由于建筑使用功能的需求,四层会展区及宴会厅设计为大跨度大空间,板底支架高度为14m,属于高支模范围。最大预应力梁截面为2m×4m,跨度为36m,属于大截面构件。该区域梁截面超高超大,属于高支模范围,其支撑体系关系重大,是工程质量与安全的关键所在,对施工要求异常严格,安全控制要求高,施工难度大。工程技术人员必须加强对模板施工技术的研究,建立健全安全保证机制,最大限度避免安全事故的发生。因此我们结合工程实际,通过精心设计框架梁支撑体系,确保空间稳定性,合理组织混凝土浇筑,保证了大跨度高截面框架梁高支模的施工质量与安全。
Due to the demand of building function,the four level exhibition area and banquet hall in Shenyang New World Convention and Exhibition Center are designed as large-span and large space. The height of the bottom support is 14 m,which belongs to the high support range. The section of the maximum prestressed beam is 2 m x 4 m and the span is 36 m,which belongs to the large section member. The beam section in this area is super high and super large. It belongs to the high support mode. Its supporting system is very important. It is the key to the quality and safety of the project. It is strict in construction requirements,high in safety control and difficult in construction. The engineers and technicians must strengthen the research on the construction technology of the template,establish and improve the safety guarantee mechanism,and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents to the maximum. Therefore,combined with the engineering practice,we must carefully design the frame beam support system,ensure the space stability,organize the concrete placement reasonably,ensure the construction quality and safety of the high formwork of the long span high section frame beam.
