摘要
结合新加坡地铁汤申线T221和乐路车站非开挖地下通道项目,大断面矩形盾构机掘进过程中遇到不明地下障碍物,导致刀具脱落、破损等状况,根据开仓后刀具实际损坏情况,通过分析和计算,尽可能减少土仓内开挖等工作量,成功修复受损刀具,并完成后续100m隧道掘进。同时对大断面矩形盾构的刀具修复方法进行了分析与总结。
Taking the project of trenchless underpass for contract T221 construction of Havelock Station for Thomson-East Coast Line as an example,unforeseen obstructions have been encountered during large section of rectangular TBM driving,dozens of cutterhead bits missing,and founded,screw conveyor choked during muck disposal. By analysis and calculation,it reduces the exaction works in the chamber,damaged drag bits has been repaired,then RTBM successfully complete the subsequent 100 m tunnel. Meanwhile,it summaries the construction method and working process.
