摘要
马普托大桥提出采用板单元制造、现场拼装、跨缆吊机吊装和国内整节段制作、整桥梁段远洋运输、缆索吊吊装2种施工方案。通过在经济性、现场施工工艺和质量控制等方面的对比分析,分析结果表明,采用"国内整节段制作、整桥梁段远洋运输、缆索吊吊装"的方案具有现场施工工艺简单、质量较有保障、经济效益较好的优点,因此最终确定采用该方案进行马普托大桥钢箱梁的施工。通过实践证明,此方案用于马普托大桥钢箱梁的施工是合理的。
Two method statement of Maputo-Katembe bridge are proposed for the manufacture,transportation and erection of steel box girder depending on the construction condition of the project host country and berth condition of the vessel,and the natural environment is poor; According to the analysis on economical efficiency,construction technologies and quality control,to complete the installation of steel box girders in this project more efficiently it is accepted that steel box girder segments are domestically manufatured,transportated to Maputo by the vessel at one time,and erected by cable crane. The method applied in steel box girder construction is proven to have a simple technological process,a controllable construction quality and a good economical efficiency.
