摘要
在城市现代化建设及建筑业信息化大背景下,BIM技术用于综合管廊建设和运维管理是必然趋势。综合管廊具有工程环境复杂、管线种类繁多且高度集中、附属设施工程庞大等特点,是一个非常复杂的系统,因此BIM技术在综合管廊建设和运营管理中有着广阔的应用前景。在论述综合管廊建设必然性及BIM技术适用性的基础上,首先介绍了国内BIM技术在综合管廊协同设计、施工管理及运维管理方面的应用及研究现状;然后对BIM协同设计平台构建及实施、BIM 4D虚拟施工和BIM运维管理系统架构的关键技术进行了详细分析。
Against the background of urban modernization and construction industry informatization,BIM technology for the construction and operation of utility tunnel is an inevitable trend. Utility tunnel is a very complicated system,with complicated engineering environment,multiple and high-density pipelines and a large amount of affiliated facilities,so the application of BIM technology in utility tunnel has a broad prospect. Based on the discussion of necessity of utility tunnel and applicability of BIM technology. This paper introduces the application and research status of BIM technology using in the collaborative design,construction management and operation management of utility tunnel,analyzes the structure and implementation of collaborative design platform,BIM-4 D virtual construction and the structure of operation system based on BIM.
