摘要
以广州地铁18,22号线番禺广场地铁站项目为依托,针对双轮铣在极硬岩地层条件下成槽进尺慢的现状,采用不同施工工法。实践表明重锤配合双轮铣施工工法能明显提高成槽效率:设备的检修次数减少;更换钻齿的次数和数量明显减少;更换钻齿次数约为不用重锤工况的1/2,更换钻齿的数量为1/10;成槽时间明显降低;中风化花岗岩中的钻进效率提高2倍左右;微风化花岗岩中的钻进效率提高4~6倍。
This paper is based on the project of Panyu Square interchange station for line 18 and 22 of Guangzhou Metro,aims at the current construction situation that the slow grooving progress of using hydraulic double wheel trench cutter under the extremely hard rock formation condition,the different construction method is applied.The study indicates that the construction method which using heavy punch with hydraulic double wheel trench cutter can distinctly improve the efficiency of grooving:The frequency of machine maintenance is reduced.The frequency and quantity of changing drilling teeth are significantly reduced.The frequency of changing drilling teeth is about half of which construction without using heavy punch,and the quantity of changing drilling teeth reduces to 1/10.The grooving period is distinctly shorter.The drilling efficiency in the intermediary weathered granite is improved about 2 times.The drilling efficiency in the breeze granites is improved 4~6 times.
