摘要
根据"修旧如旧"原则,采用拱肋无应力拆除及冷矫正、内衬钢板法、旧铆钉拆除及热铆等关键技术对宁波市灵桥进行维修加固。对拱肋进行内衬钢板加固;对吊杆、风撑、门架及纵、横梁进行冷矫正及维修加固;对损坏严重、不满足受力要求的拱铰进行替换;原钢桥面板更换为正交异性闭口肋钢桥面板。加固后的灵桥基本恢复其原有历史文物风貌。
The key technology of arch-rib without stress removal and cold correction,lining steel plate method,old rivet removal and hot rivet is used to repair and strengthen Ningbo Ling bridge. The lining steel plate for the rib is reinforced. The sling,wind bracing,gantry and longitudinal and cross-beam are cold corrected and repaired. The arch hinge with serious damage and not meet the stress requirements is replaced. The original steel bridge panel with orthotropic closed ribbed steel bridge deck is replaced. The reinforced Ling bridge basically restored its original historical relics.
