摘要
基于盾构隧道衬砌结构三维有限元模型,分析千斤顶推力、注浆压力及土体摩擦系数3个因素对衬砌管片施工期受力特性的影响,并总结出3个因素的变化对衬砌环拱顶、拱腰及拱底等不同位置的影响规律。通过施工对衬砌影响因素权重分析,可得千斤顶推力及注浆压力等管片受力影响较大,而土体摩擦系数较小,可为今后调整施工阶段的施工参数以及管片施工期控制提供参考依据。
Based on the 3 D FEM of shield tunnel lining,the influence of three factors such as jack thrust force,grouting pressure and soil friction coefficient on the mechanical properties of lining segment during the construction is analyzed.Then the influence rule of three factors’variation on the different position of lining including arch crown,haunch and arch bottom.Though the influence weight analysis on the factors on the stress of lining,it can get that the impact weight of the jack thrust force and grouting pressure is bigger and soil friction coefficient is smaller.It can provide a reference for the construction parameters control for deformation and pressure in the construction stage.
