摘要
通过总结徐州地铁2号线1期工程04标段复杂环境影响下盾构施工经验,重点介绍盾构施工安全保障技术及措施,并提出区间隧道下穿桥梁施工技术。为解决盾构区间近距离穿越桥桩的难题,提出区间隧道下穿铁路施工技术及地表沉降控制技术方案,得到盾构机穿越黏土层与膨胀土层等不良地质条件下的安全保障措施。
The construction experience of shield tunnel under the influence of complex environment on the No.04 section of Xuzhou Subway Line 2 is summarize in this paper.This paper focuses on the safeguard technology and measures of shield construction,and proposes the technical scheme of tunnel construction under the tunnel to solve the short-distance crossing bridge in the shield section.The technical scheme of railway construction and surface settlement control in section tunnel are put forward.The safeguard measures of shield machine crossing the clay layer and expansive soil layer are put forward.
