摘要
研究“甲低”状态下小鼠子宫肥大细胞(Mast Cell)组化性质的动态变化。用组织学方法制做不同时期小鼠子宫的石蜡切片,并进行MTB,AB-S染色及CEC值侧定,观察肥大细胞的量变及其颗粒的组化性质。结果表明:实验组小鼠子宫肥大细胞的数量在同期极显著的低于对照组(p<0.01),且随“甲低”时间的延长均呈递增趋势;AB-S染色显示肥大细胞的红染,红蓝混合染色颗粒随“甲低”时间的延长而逐渐减少,蓝染颗粒逐渐增多,即肥大细胞颗粒由高硫酸化的糖胺多糖向低硫酸化的糖胺多糖转化。提示:子宫肥大细胞的数量可反映子宫局部免疫水平。
To study the dynamic changes of histechemical property on uterine mast cells in hypothyroidism mice. The sections of different days uterine were stained respectively with the Modified toluidine blue (MTB) and Alcian blue-Safeanin (AB-S) staining. The critical electrolyte concentration (CEC) in the mast cells was also investigated. The results showed that the number of uterine mast cells in the experimiental groups were lower than the control groups singifi-cantly ( P < 0.01), the number of mast cell rose gradually with the prologation of the action of the hypothyroidism time; the granules stained with AB-S showed red colour adn mixed red-blue less gradually and the granules rose with the action of the hypothyroididsm time. The sulfational degree of the granular glycosaminogly of mast cell lowered gradually. Mast cell might refrect the uterine local cellular immunity.
