摘要
本文论述了新一轮的基础教育课程改革的意义,从三个方面阐述了新课改对教师素质提出的挑战和要求,并从四个方面提出了深化高师教育改革的措施。
This paper begins with a detailed analysis of the significance of the first round of the reform aimed at the curriculum structure within the scope of elementary education and then it moves to deal with the challenge and requirements for teachers' integral qualities in face of the new curriculum reform viewed form three perspectives. In this paper , a considerable space has been devoted to the measures of deepening the educational reform of the tertiary institutions for teachers training viewed from four perspectives.
