UPLC法测定不同产地炮姜药材中5种姜酚类成分的含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立UPLC法同时测定炮姜中5种姜酚类成分含量的方法,比较14个不同产地炮姜药材中有效成分的含量差异。方法:UPLC法色谱条件为:Acquity BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速0.25 m L/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃。结果:5种姜酚类成分呈现较好的回归方程和相关系数,相关系数均大于0.999 5,平均回收率分别为98.18%、99.41%、97.70%、97.64%和97.51%;14批不同产地炮姜中5种姜酚类成分的含量差异明显。结论:该实验方法快捷、稳定、重复性好,能够准确地测定炮姜中5种姜酚类成分的含量,为评价炮姜的质量和炮制工艺提供了分析方法。 Objective:To establish a determination method for the contents of zingerone,6-gingerol,6-shogaol and 10-gingerol in processed ginger from different habitats by Urtra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)and to detect the five kinds of phenolic components of processed ginger from different habitats by UPLC. Method:The five kinds of phenolic components were simultaneously determined by UPLC with Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.25 m L/min,the column temperature was at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results:The five kinds of phenolic components established better regression equation and correlation coefficient. The correlation coefficient among the five kinds of phenolic components were up to 0.999 5. The average recovery rate of zingerone,6-gingerol,6-shogaol and 10-gingerol were98.18%、99.41%、97.70%、97.64% and 97.51,respectively. There were significant contents differences in the five kinds of phenolic components of processed ginger from different habitats. Conclusion:The advantages of UPLC method are fast,high precision,good stability and time saving.The determination of result could provide an important reference for the quality control of processed ginger.
