摘要
目的:研究表面活性剂SDS的加入对超声及回流提取槐米总黄酮的影响。方法:在超声及回流提取槐米黄酮的过程中,比较十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)加入与否对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:超声水提和回流水提时,SDS的加入能够增加槐米黄酮的提取率;超声醇提和回流醇提时,SDS的加入几乎不影响槐米黄酮的提取。结论:在多种提取方法中,回流醇提槐米总黄酮的提取率最高,SDS的加入没有起到增溶提取的效果。
Objective:To study the effect of surfactant SDS on total flavonoids extracted by ultrasonic and reflux extraction from flossophoraeimmaturus. Methods:Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)to join or not influence was compared on the extraction yield in the ultrasonic and reflux extraction of sophora japonica flavonoids. Results:The addition of SDS could increase the extraction rate of total flavones in water ultrasonic extraction and water reflux extraction. The addition of SDS did not affect the extraction yield of total flavones in ethanol ultrasonic extraction and ethanol reflux extraction. Conclusion:In many kinds of extraction,ethanol reflux extraction total flavonoids from flossophoraeimmaturus,extraction yield the highest,the addition of SDS don′t have the solubilization extraction effect.
