摘要
介绍了透明聚丙烯的化学结构、应用以及生产方法,着重分析了聚丙烯装置试生产高透明无规共聚聚丙烯T5015的生产控制,为了控制无规物的生成,需要降低反应温度,从而降低催化剂的活性,并减少最终产物中无规异构体的含量,得到一种具有较均衡性能的产品。
The chemical structure, application and production methods of polypropylene were introduced, especially the production control of high transparent random copolymerization T5015 in polypropylene plant trial production. In order to control the generation of random things, it was need to reduce the reaction temperature, thereby reduce the activity of the catalyst and random isomer content in the final product. Finally one kind of product which had relatively balanced performance was prepared.
