摘要
目的观察活血补肾合剂治疗肝肾阴虚型女性型脱发的临床疗效,研究活血补肾合剂对女性型脱发患者血清微量元素(Cu、Fe、Zn)水平的影响。方法将80例肝肾阴虚型女性型脱发患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组予活血补肾合剂治疗,对照组予活力苏口服液治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较血清微量元素(Cu、Fe、Zn)水平的变化情况。结果(1)最终完成试验者共76例,其中治疗组、对照组各38例。(2)治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为81.6%、68.4%;两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组在减少患者脱发数量、改善中医证候方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后两组患者血清Fe、Zn水平均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),其中治疗组血清Fe水平较对照组增加明显(P<0.05)。结论活血补肾合剂可有效减少肝肾阴虚型女性型脱发患者的脱发数量,改善中医证候,调节血清微量元素水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Bushen Mixture in the treatment of androgenic alopecia with syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,and study the effects of Huoxue Bushen Mixture on serum trace elements( Cu,Fe,Zn) in female patients with hair loss. Methods 80 female patients of androgenic alopecia with syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Bushen Mixture,and the control group was treated with Huolisu Oral Liquid,with a course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the changes on the serum levels of trace elements( Cu,Fe,Zn) were compared. Results(1)Finally 76 cases completed the trial,38 cases in each group.(2)The total effective rates were 81.6% in the treatment group and 68.4% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P<0.05).(3)The improvement on hair loss and Chinese medical syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P<0.05).(4)Compared with treatment before,the serum levels of Fe and Zn in both groups were increased after treatment( P<0.05),and the serum Fe level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Huo Xue Bushen Mixture can effectively reduce the hair loss in female patients of androgenic alopecia with syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,improve the Chinese medical syndromes and regulate the serum levels of trace elements
