摘要
随着水产养殖业的快速发展,传统的抗微生物药物已不能有效防止疾病的发生,使用益生菌控制病原菌已应用于水产养殖业中。益生菌主要包括乳酸细菌、弧菌属、芽孢杆菌属及假单胞菌属,应用于鱼、虾、蟹、软体动物的养殖和饵料生物的培养。文中作者分析了益生菌的可能作用机理,介绍了益生菌筛选的基本原理,并提出了今后的研究方向。
Conventional antimicrobial drugs cannot prevent and cure aquatic diseases effectively with the rapid development of aquaculture. One of the alternative approaches is to use probiotics as biological control agents in aquaculture. Lactic acid bacteria, Vibrio, Bacillus and Pseudomonas have often been used in the cultures of fishes, shrimps, crabs, mollusks and live food. The possible mechanisms of bacterial action are analyzed. A rationale for screening probiotic bacteria is introduced and directions for further study are proposed.
