摘要
研究了低温(5~-15°C)环境下聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土抗压、抗拉和抗弯等性能的变化趋势;探讨了快速冻融试验条件下,聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的抗冻融耐久性;分析了聚丙烯腈纤维的作用机理.研究结果表明,掺入聚丙烯腈纤维可增加混凝土的含气量、提高混凝土的抗拉极限应变、抗弯韧性和断裂能,因而有利于混凝土低温环境下的强度增长和混凝土抗冻融耐久性的提高.
The development of compressive, tensile and flexural properties at low temperatures (temperature ranges from 5~-15 °C), and the durability of freezingthawing resistance of polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete were studied. Effect of polyacrylonitrile fibers on concrete properties was also analyzed and discussed. Results of the investigation indicate that adding polyacrylonitrile fibers into concrete leads to high air content, improves tensile strain limit, flexural toughness and fracture energy, which are beneficial to strength development and durability improvement of concrete at low temperatures.
