有机质对氢氧化镁微晶结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在有机介质中制备有机质复合氢氧化镁,并对产品进行水热处理.通过XRD、SEM和TG-DTA的分析表明,非水热处理得到的复合氢氧化镁晶体粒径及晶面间距较小,晶格畸变率大,其分解温度比纯氢氧化镁降低14~68℃.经水热处理后,有机质复合氢氧化镁晶体变规整,晶粒增大、畸变率减小,聚集体大小均匀、分散性改善,其分解温度相应提高5~20℃,晶体平均粒径增加31.3~69.1nm. The composite compound of anorganic substance and magnesium hydroxide was prepared and treated by hydrothermal method. X- ray diffraction, SEM and TG- DTA measurements were used to investigate its characteristic. It was shown that the existence of organic substance or the treatment of hydrothermal method have significant influence on the crystallite size, the crystal lattice distortion and the positions of XRD peaks of the compound. Its decomposition temperature decreases with increasing quantity of organic substance and raises after hydrothermal treatment.
