摘要
为充分发挥认证认可在"一带一路"发展中的质量保障作用,本文借助"众筹"思想,以"数据"作为众筹对象,结合认证认可行业特点,依据智能化数据众筹服务平台的建设原则,提出了数据众筹模式、众筹服务框架及众筹机制的构建思路。实现在全局范围下,以全新形式聚焦和共享认证认可数据的目标。
In order to give full play to the quality assurance role of certification and accreditation in the development of Belt and Road, this paper takes data as the crowd-funding object in virtue of crowd-funding concept, combines with the characteristics of certification and accreditation, proposes the construction idea of data crowd-funding mode, crowd-funding service framework and crowd-funding mechanism based on construction principle of intelligent data crowd-funding service platform. It aims to achieve the purpose of focusing and sharing the certification and accreditation data in a brand new pattern under the whole system.
