摘要
车桥是汽车底盘的四大部件之一,传统采用单机焊接生产方式,工艺落后、效率低、产品质量不稳定、数据采集和监控不完善。针对车桥自动焊装线的现场设备和通讯网络进行设计,采用西门子TIA全集成自动化解决方案,构建PROFIBUS、PROFINET、Internet三层网络实现设备通讯和数据库访问,该设计具有信息共享和远程监控功能。西门子S7-200 PLC作为PROFIBUS从站控制现场设备,利用触摸屏对设备进行监控。该设计选用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线实现车间级与现场层的通信,利用WINCC开发人机界面程序,以工控机作为上位机,通过PROFINET工业以太网和S7-300 PLC实现生产过程中的实时数据采集。经厂家近一年的实际应用,该设计实现了车桥焊装生产线的自动化组网,提高了生产效率,稳定了产品质量。
Axle is one of four major components in car chassis and is welded by single machine welding method traditionally.The process is backward,the efficiency is low,the product quality is not stable,the data acquisition and monitoring are imperfect.Aiming at the field equipment and communication network of the automatic welding line of vehicle axle,PROFIBUS,PROFINET and Internet were built to realize equipment communication and database access by using the SIEMENS TIA fully integrated automation solution,and the design had the functions of information sharing and remote monitoring.Taking siemens S7-200 PLC as slave station of PROFIBUS to control the field equipment,the touch screen was used to monitor the equipment.PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus was selected to realize communication between workshop and field level.Human machine interface program was developed by WINCC and taking industrial control computer as host computer,real time data acquisition was realized by PROFINET industrial Ethernet and S7-300 PLC.After nearly a year’s practical application,the automatic networking of axle welding production line is realized by the design,which improves production efficiency and stabilizes product quality.
