锻压力对新型镁基机械制件力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响

Effects of Forging Pressures on Mechanical Properties and Corrosion Resistance of New Type Magnesium-based Mechanical Parts

摘要 以不同的锻压力制备了Mg-Al-Zn-Ti-Cr新型镁基机械锻压制件,并进行了制件力学和腐蚀性能的研究。结果表明,随锻压力从45 MPa增大到105 MPa,制件的力学和腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。与45 MPa锻压力相比,采用90 MPa锻压力时制件的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大13%、20%,腐蚀电位正移126 mV。Mg-Al-Zn-Ti-Cr新型镁基机械锻压制件的锻压力优选为90 MPa。 Mg-Al-Zn-Ti-Cr new type magnesium-based mechanical forging parts were produced by various forging pressures,and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the parts were researched.The results show that the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the parts first increase and then decrease with increasing forging pressure from 45 MPa to105 MPa.Compared with the forging pressure of 45 MPa,the tensile strength and yield strength of the parts under the forging pressure of 90 MPa increase by 13%and 20%,respectively,while the corrosion potential of the parts shifts positively by 126 mV.The optimized forging pressure of Mg-Al-Zn-Ti-Cr new type magnesium-based mechanical part is 90 MPa.
