摘要
采用粉末注射成形制备了SAF 2507双相不锈钢,研究了固溶温度对烧结件显微组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在随炉缓冷过程中烧结件会有σ相析出,σ相的溶解温度为1000℃;随着固溶温度的升高,α含量逐渐增加,γ含量逐渐减少,1100℃固溶处理时,α、γ两相含量比例接近1∶1,SAF 2507钢的抗拉强度600 MPa,伸长率24.79%,自腐蚀电位值最大、自腐蚀电流密度值最小,分别为-0.241V_(SCE)、1.474×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2),此时,SAF 2507钢耐腐蚀性能最好。
SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel was prepared by powder injection molding.The effects of solution temperature on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of sintered parts were studied.The results show that,during the slow cooling process with furnace,σphase precipitates in the sintered parts,and theσphase dissolution temperature is 1000℃.when solution treatment at 1100℃,the ratio ofαphase content andγphase content is close to 1∶1.The tensile strength of SAF2507 steel is 600 MPa,the elongation is 24.79%,the self-corrosion potential value is the largest,the self-corrosion current density value is the smallest,the values are-0.241 VSCE and 1.474×10-5A·cm-2,respectively.At this moment,the corrosion resistance of SAF 2507 steel is the best.
