铸态高强韧合成球墨铸铁的试验研究 被引量:4

Experiment Study on As-cast Ductile Iron with High Strength and Ductility

摘要 以废钢、原料纯铁和球铁回炉料为主要炉料,采用中频感应电炉熔炼,通过优质增碳剂增碳,获得了适宜成分的原铁水,并利用钟罩法分别进行炉内预处理和球化处理,浇包冲入法进行孕育处理,浇注树脂砂壳型,制备了符合目标成分范围的铸态高强韧合成球铁Y块铸件。微观组织及力学性能测试结果表明,石墨球化效果较好,基体组织细小,铸态抗拉强度和伸长率最大值分别可达到818.1MPa和8.25%。 Taking scrap steel,raw material pure iron and ductile iron foundry return as the main furnace charge,using medium frequency induction furnace to smelt,carburizing by high quality carburizing agent,base molten iron with suitable composition was obtained.Then,the pretreatment in furnace and spheroidizing treatment were carried out using bell jar method.Inoculation treatment was carried out by ladle flushing method,the molten iron was poured in resin sand shell mold,Y block castings in accordance with the target composition range of as-cast synthetic ductile iron were prepared.The results of microstructure and mechanical properties show that the graphite spheroidization is good,the matrix structure is fine,and the maximum tensile strength and elongation of as-cast material reach 818.1 MPa and 8.25%respectively.
