摘要
分析了某型波浪轴楔横轧成形原理及工艺,运用有限元软件Qform建立了其仿真模型,对其在楔横轧成形过程中的温度、等效应力、等效应变、变形量等进行了仿真分析。结果表明:波浪轴在楔横轧成形过程中的等效应力、等效应变最大值主要分布在横轧部位及其中间压轧部位,且其变化趋势基本一致;毛坯变形量沿着毛坯轴中心向两端先增加后减小。
The forming principle and process of cross wedge rolling of a certain type of wave shaft were analyzed.The simulation model was established by using finite element software Qform,and its temperature,equivalent stress,equivalent strain and deformation in the process of cross wedge rolling were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the maximum values of equivalent stress and equivalent strain of the wave shaft are mainly distributed in the cross rolling position and the middle rolling position,and the variation trend is basically the same.The deformation of the blank increases firstly and then decreases along the center to both ends of the blank.
