摘要
汽车离合器齿圈盘体通常采用分段制造并焊接组合而成,其零件力学性能不高而且生产效率低下。基于此,本文提出了采用板料锻压整体成形汽车离合器齿圈盘体。重点研究了盘体内径镦粗过程中的材料折叠分布规律和材料回弹角度。结果表明,增大冲头的锻压速率有利于降低材料的回弹角度。
The automobile clutch gear disk body is usually made of segmented manufacture and welded combination.Its mechanical properties are not high and the production efficiency is low.Based on this,an integral forming method for automobile clutch gear disk by sheet metal forging was put forward.The distribution of material folding and the springback angle during the upsetting of the inner diameter of the disk body were mainly studied.The results show that increasing the forging rate of the punch is beneficial to reduce the springback angle of the material.
