摘要
基于模具局部温度控制技术进行了ADC12铝合金试样的低压铸造,并进行了力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与未进行模具局部温度控制的相比,采用模具局部温度控制的低压铸造ADC12铝合金铸件的力学性能提高,其中抗拉强度从221 MPa增大到244 MPa,屈服强度从162 MPa增大到186 MPa,断后伸长率稍有减小但幅度很小。
The low pressure casting of ADC12 aluminum alloy samples was carried out based on the local temperature control technology of die,and the mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of ADC12 aluminum alloy low pressure castings with local temperature control of die are improved compared with those without local temperature control of die.The tensile strength increases to 244 MPa from 221 MPa,the yield strength increases to 186 MPa from 162 MPa,and the elongation after fracture decreases slightly,but the decrease is very small.
