摘要
对12 mm厚2024-T351铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊接工艺实验,采用八角环测力仪对焊接过程中的行进抗力(x向)、侧向力(y向)和下压力(z向)进行测量,得到了焊接过程中三个方向作用力的变化趋势,以及焊接速度和旋转速度对焊接作用力影响的规律。
Friction stir welding of 12 mm thick 2024-T351 aluminum alloy was carried out.The travelling resistance force(x direction),lateral force(y direction)and downward pressure(z direction)in welding process were measured by octagonal ring dynamometer.The changing trend of the three direction force in welding process and the influence of welding speed and rotation speed on the welding force were obtained.
