摘要
本文以托口水电站机电安装部分施工总承包过程为例,从人员组织、安全、质量、进度、造价等方面,分析了中小水电站机电安装施工总承包方式的优势和不足,阐述了一些具体的管理措施和问题处理的方法,可为同类型项目实施提供借鉴。
By taking the total construction contract of the mechanical and electrical installation of Tuokou Hydropower Station as the study case,the advantages and deficiencies of the mode of the total construction contract of the mechanical and electrical installation for small and medium sized hydropower stations are analyzed herein from the aspects of personnel organization,safety;quality,schedule,cost,etc.,and then some specific management measures and treatment methods for the relevant problems are expatiated as well,which can provide some references for the implementation of the similar project concerned.
