摘要
近年来,我国自然灾害多发频发,给人民群众带来了巨大的生命财产损失。武警水电部队做为国家的一支专业化抢险救援部队,在历次大型抢险救灾中,利用自己的人才、装备和技术优势,发挥了不可替代的作用。根据当前抢险特点,通过抢险救灾实践,就加强部队抢险救援能力建设的重点进行了深入思考,包括建强专业人才队伍;完善抢险装备体系;提升专业技术水平;强化反应到位速度;提高现场感知能力;加强协同联合作战,希望为部队更好地遂行抢险救援任务提供有益的借鉴。
In recent years,the natural disasters occur frequently in China,which bring huge losses of lives and property to the people. As a professional troops for risk elimination and emergency rescue,the Armed Police Hydropower Troops plays an irreplaceable role in all the previous activities of risk elimination and disaster relief with the advantages of qualified personnel,equipment and technology. In accordance with characteristics of risk elimination at present,a deep consideration on the main points of capacity building of risk elimination and emergency rescue of the troops is made through the relevant practice,which includes that strengthening construction of the professional personnel,perfecting risk elmination equipment system,enhancing professional technical level,intensifying in-place response speed,raising in situ perceptual ability,reinforcing coordinated and combined action,so as to provide a beneficial reference for better execution of risk elimination and emergency rescue task.
