水泥固化高含水率淤泥抗压试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 云南某巡护道路路基埋深22 m范围内均为淤泥层,天然含水率最高达186.0%,有明显的流变特性,物理力学性质极差。采用水泥土搅拌桩加固处理过程中,多次发生浇筑穿孔现象,成桩困难,实测单桩承载力仅约20 kN。为解决水泥搅拌桩的成桩问题,形成满足设计要求的高含水率淤泥固化配方,在工程调查和数据分析的基础上,以水泥为固化剂,分别考虑50%、100%、150%及200%含水率,以及3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d等养护龄期,系统研究了固化高含水率淤泥的无侧限抗压强度。结果表明:满足水泥土试块90 d龄期抗压强度不小于1 200 kPa,淤泥含水率50%、100%、150%、200%段落的水泥掺比相应为20%、30%、40%以及不低于40%。 A patrol roadbed is covered with soft clay in the depth of 22 m in Yunnan Province.The highest natural water content of the soft clay reaches 186.0%,which has obvious rheological characteristics and poor physical and mechanical properties.In the process of consolidation with cement-soil mixing pile,the phenomenon of pouring perforation occurs many times,difficult to form piles,and the measured bearing capacity of single columns is only about 20 kN.In order to form a solidification formula for high water content soft caly to meet the design requirements,solve the cement mixing piles forming.In this paper,cement is used as curing agent,on the basis of engineering investigation and data analysis,the unconfined compressive strengths of solidified high water content soft clay were systematically studied by considering 50%,100%,150%and 200%water content,and curing age of 3,7,14 and 28 days,respectively.The test results show that,to meet the 1 200 kPa compressive strength of cement soft clay at 90 d curing age,the cement mixing ratio of 50%,100%,150%and 200%water content should be 20%,30%,40%and not less than 40%separately.
