摘要
麻柔教授从事中西医结合血液病临床和实验研究40余年,对多种血液疾病积累了丰富的临证经验。他认为,中西医各有其优势和不足,在中医整体宏观辨证基础上,参考西医诊断及理化检查,可对疾病有更全面和深入的了解,使治疗的针对性更强,有利于疗效的提高。随着现代医学对Ph阴性的骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)发病机制的不断探索,西医治疗方案在不断进步,但临床总体疗效欠佳,并有诸多副作用,对患者的生活质量造成了很大影响。麻老师在临床中发挥中医药的优势,结合西医临床治疗推荐,经过多年的反复临床实践,形成了一套中西医结合治疗该病的思路。
Prof. Ma Rou has been engaged in the clinical and experimental researches of integrated Chinese and western medicine for over 40 years and has accumulated rich clinical experiences in the treatment of hematologic diseases. He believes that either Chinese medicine or western medicine has its own advantages and shortcomings. On the basis of the syndrome / pattern differentiation of the holistic idea of TCM,in reference to the diagnosis and physiochemical examination of western medicine,the more comprehensive understanding of the disease is generated,which especially focuses on the treatment and benefits the therapeutic effects. With the exploration on the pathogenesis of Ph negative myeloproliterative neoplasms( MPN),the therapeutic scheme of western medicine has improved gradually,but the general therapeutic effect in clinic is not so satisfactory. Many side effects have greatly impact the living quality of patient. Prof. Ma brings the advantages of TCM into play and integrates with the clinical recommendations of western medicine in clinical treatment. Through repeated clinical practice for years,a series of approaches are formed in the treatment of the disease with the integration of Chinese and western medicine.
