黄芩不同萃取物对痤疮致病菌抑菌及抗炎作用的影响 被引量:25

Effect of Different Extractants from Scutellaria on Anti-Bacteria Activity and Anti-Inflammation in Acne-Induced Pathological Bacteria

摘要 目的研究黄芩不同萃取物的体外抑菌活性及对小鼠痤疮模型的抗炎作用。方法采用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对黄芩醇提取物进行萃取得到3个不同部分,用琼脂二倍稀释法测定3种不同萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);采用二甲苯诱导制备小鼠耳廓肿胀模型并测定黄芩不同提取物对痤疮小鼠的抗炎作用。结果黄芩各萃取物对3种痤疮致病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,且黄芩乙酸乙酯部分能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀度,并能降低血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。结论黄芩乙酸乙酯提取物能明显抑制痤疮致病菌的生长,并有较好的抗炎作用,可开发用于痤疮的治疗。 Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of different extractants from scutellaria and its anti-inflammation effect in acne models of mice. Methods The ethyl acetate and butanol were used for ethanol extraction of scutellaria and to obtain 3 different components. The two-fold agar dilution method was used to detect the minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) of the three different extractants to staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis and propionibacterium acnes. The xylene induction was used to prepare the mouse model of auricular swelling and determine the anti-inflammation effect of different scutellaria extractants in acne mice. Results The scutellaria extractants had the inhibitory effect on the three acne-induced bacteria to different extents. The ethyl acetate extractant of scutellaria inhibited apparently auricular swelling induced by xylene in the mice and reduced the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α. Conclusion The ethyl acetate extractant of scutellaria apparently inhibits the growth of acne-induced bacteria and has satisfactory anti-inflammation. It should be developed in the treatment of acne.
