摘要
采用提拉法和温梯法生长出掺杂浓度为 5 %原子分数的Yb∶YAG激光晶体 ,比较了两种不同生长方式的晶体在晶胞参数、Yb离子纵向分布以及吸收光谱上的差异 ,发现温梯法生长对晶体晶胞结构影响较少 ,但是Yb离子纵向分布相差较大。指出提拉法生长的晶体在 2 5 6nm处的弱吸收是由于Fe3 + 引起的。
Yb∶YAG laser crystals doped with 5 at.% were grown by Czochralski and Temperature Gradient Technique method. The lattice parameters,longitudinal distribution of Yb 3+ ion and the absorption spectra of the crystals were compared. It is shown that the TGT method has a little influence on crystal lattice structure,but it makes the as-grown crystal has a larger percent of Yb 3+ concentration discrepancy. The absorption peak of CZ-grown Yb∶YAG crystal at 256nm is attributed to Fe 3+ ions.
