摘要
针对现有修井机传动路线长、效率低、系统繁多等缺点,设计了一种车载式电动齿轮齿条修井机。利用ANSYS软件对齿轮齿条修井机的关键零部件进行强度和刚度分析,均能达到API的标准要求。车载式电动齿轮齿条修井机具有效率高、稳定性好、节能环保和一机两用等特点,其开发应用对油气田开发具有重要意义。
Aiming at the disadvantages of long driveway, low efficiency and multi systems of existing workover rig, a vehicle mounted electric workover rig with gear and rack is designed. The strength and stiffness of the key parts of the workover rig with gear and rack are analyzed by ANSYS software, and all of them meet the API standard requirements. The vehicle mounted electric workover rig with gear and rack has the characteristics of high efficiency, good stability, energy saving, environmental protection, one machine and two functions. Its development and application are of great significance to the development of oil and gas field.
