摘要 为提高食品专业人才培养质量,使食品专业人才培养目标符合我国高职教育的发展目标,缩小与用人单位需求的距离,本课题从了解四川省乃至全国食品人才需求状况入手,跟踪行业人才市场需求,并顺应职业岗位的要求变化,分析研究如何对高职院校食品专业人才培养方案进行创新,以使培养出来的人才能够更好地适应区域、行业经济和社会发展的需要。 We started from the understanding of Sichuan province even the national food industry demand, tracking the industry demand for talent market, conforming to the demands of the occupation change in order to improve the quality of talent in Food Specialty of Higher Vocational Education, and to ensure the training target fit in with the development of the aid of higher vocational education in China, narrowing the distance with the employer demand.We studied and discussed the innovation about the talent training mode of food specialty in higher vocational education, hoping that the talent can meet the need of district, industry and society better.
