植物乳杆菌转化合成共轭亚油酸的培养条件的优化

摘要 共轭亚油酸在药学、化学和食品领域有很好的应用。本文通过对一株植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)合成共轭亚油酸的培养条件进行优化,确定最优条件:培养温度为39℃、培养时间36h、pH6.5,优化后共轭亚油酸产量比优化前提高了8.25%。为生物法合成共轭亚油酸提供有意义的参考。 CLA in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry has a very good application. Based on the strain of Lactobacillus synthesis of CLA to optimize culture conditions. To determine the optimal conditions: incubation temperature was 39℃, incubation time 36 h, pH 6.5, optimized CLA yield optimization improves over the previous 8.25%. In this paper, we studied the optimization of culture conditions, which was used to produce CLA by Lactobacillus plantarum.
