流延聚乙烯专用料在重包装PE膜袋(FFS)领域的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了中国石化镇海炼化ZF4533H和ZF4527C树脂在重包装PE膜/袋领域的应用研究,分析对比了市场常用的国外双峰聚乙烯树脂与ZF4533H和ZF4527C在重包装PE膜/袋应用的热封性能。结果表明:使用ZF4533和ZF4527C树脂,重包装PE膜/袋(FFS)起热温度低,热封强度高,达到重包装PE膜/袋原料国产化替代、降低成本的效果。 It studies the application of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company ZF4533 H and ZF4527 C materials in heavy-packed polyethylene film and package.The sealable application effects of foreign bimodal polyethylene resin commonly used in the market and ZF4533 H, ZF4527 C are compared with experimental analysis. Results showed that, it obtains lower beginning sealable temperature,higher heat-seal strength after using ZF4533 H and ZF4527 C materials in FFS polyethylene film.
