摘要 水利水电工程金属结构设备实时在线安全监测技术为防止金属结构设备振动、磨损、变形、缺陷扩展产生的危害,保障水电站的安全运行,提供了有效的解决方案和手段。大岗山水电站在国内首批为闸门研制、安装了实时在线监测系统,并开展闸门智能管控实施研究。通过对关键参数的实时监测,建立了完整的水工金属结构实时在线监测安全评价体系。这项研究和应用填补了国内水工金属结构实时在线监测领域的空白。 The real-time on-line safety monitoring technology for metal structure equipments of water conservancy and hydropower engineering provides effective solutions and means for preventing the damage caused by vibration, wear,deformation and defect expansion of metal structure equipment and ensuring the safe operation of hydropower stations. A realtime online monitoring system for gates is firstly developed and installed in Dagangshan Hydropower Station in China, and the research on the implementation of gate intelligent control is carried out. Through the real-time monitoring of key parameters, a complete real-time online monitoring safety evaluation system for hydraulic metal structures is established. This research and application fills the gap in the field of real-time online monitoring of hydraulic metal structures in China.
