摘要 大型吸收式热泵余热回收系统实际运行中,存在着比较复杂的影响运行效率的因素,如供热负荷变化、驱动蒸汽变化、循环水量调节等,在没有系统运行的在线性能数据作为参考的情况下,缺乏经验的运行人员往往较难找到最佳运行方式,使吸收式热泵余热回收系统运行最优化,达到最佳效能。本文研究了联合循环电厂大型吸收式热泵余热回收系统在线性能检测,旨在获取余热利用系统实时运行信息,在线计算及实时显示余热回收系统运行中的各性能指标,为运行人员提供可靠运行依据。本文吸收式热泵余热利用系统的在线性能检测方法在某联合循环电厂应用表明,取得了良好的效果,具有实用推广价值。 In large absorption heat pump heat recovery system operation,there is a relatively complex operating efficiency of factors,such as changes in heating load,the driving steam,and circulating water. Without the performance data as a reference line in the case,the inexperienced operator is often difficult to find the best operation mode to achieve the best performance of the absorption heat pump heat recovery system operation. This paper studies on- line performance testing of large absorption heat pump heat recovery system the combined cycle power plant,designed to capture real- time operating information of waste heat utilization system,online calculation and real- time display of systems running various performance indicators,to provide reliable operation run basis. This absorption heat pump waste heat utilization system's online performance testing methods applied in a combined cycle power plant that has achieved good results,with practical promotional value.
