摘要
随着现代跆拳道运动日常训练及竞赛水平的日益提高,日常训练和竞赛中承受的负荷日益增大,跆拳道运动员在生理和心理上承受的压力也越来越大,机体时常会处于十分疲劳的状态。因此,在跆拳道运动中,疲劳的消除、体力的恢复与运动训练有着同等重要的意义。
With the increasing amount of exercise that Taekwondo athletes take and higher contest stand- ards of the modern time,the athletes will endure much more strain physically and psychologically.Thus they are vulnerable to extreme fatigue.For the athletes in exercising,dispelling fatigue and replenishing energy are equally important to the sports training.
