摘要
本文主要阐述了水利高职毕业生就业现状,提出了最近几年就业方面存在的一些问题,并综合分析了这些问题产生的原因,最后提出了一些关于如何做好水利高职院校毕业生就业工作的对策。
The paper expatiates on the status quo of college graduates employment of water conservancy specialty,points out existing problems in employment,analyzes the causes generating them,and then puts forward some countermeasures.
